2. Connection unstable

Q: Why Bluetooth keeps disconnecting?
A: Caused by interference, Bad Apple/Google Find my Network or distance.

Since our Tag works with Apple Find My/Google Find Hub network, sometime the network is not stable or being interfered ,please try to move to a new place or try it later.

3. Inaccurate location /Location not updating

Q: Why location is not accurate/refreshing/Limited range?
A: Our Tag  is NOT GPS tracking. It relies on Apple/Google network devices nearby.

Why it happens:
Tag is out of  blue tooth range

Few nearby devices

Nearby devices’ blue tooth or network is off .

This is not a product fault.

It depends on the public network and Apple/Google Server processing speed

4. Compatibility issue

Q: Why it doesn’t work with my phone?
A: Apple Find My works on iOS only. Google Find Hub works on supported Android devices only.

5. Battery issue

Q: Why battery drains fast?
A: Battery can last approx 12 months normally, but Signal strength /play sound affects battery usage.

Please Replace battery if necessary.
